Lake County Historical Scavenger Hunt

Cost: Early Bird Registration by April 15th $65.00/per car

         After April 15th $75.00/per car

          Deadline to register is May 3rd

 

Description:  Looking for adventure?  Grab your family and friends to create a team in a vehicle, driving to find historical sites to solve the clues and win cash prizes.  Winning is based on correct answers, collected items, ability to perform and your time of finish.  Choose a team Captain who has a cell phone to receive the clues. You’ll need teamwork, logic and luck to stay on track. This exciting four-hour hunt on wheels will test your mind and teamwork.  So put on your thinking caps and start your engines!  At the completion of the hunt, teams meet for an awards presentation for cash prizes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place at the American Legion in Gurnee, IL.  Teams will be traveling through the communities of Libertyville, Lincolnshire, Riverswood, Fort Sheridan, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Waukegan and Gurnee.

 

ALL teams participating will need to have the driver come to a brief informational meeting to show proof of valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance and sign a waiver of liability the night before, Friday May 10th at 6:30-7:30 pm at,
